Our jewelry is crafted from premium solid gold and platinum, ensuring durability and elegance. To help you maintain its radiant shine and beauty, we’ve prepared a care guide for your convenience. Although Sawchuck Jewelers’ pieces are designed for everyday wear, they are delicate and require proper care. By following these guidelines, you can preserve the impeccable condition of your cherished jewelry.

• • Take off your jewelry before your daily rituals such as showering, lotion, perfume, etc.
  • Leave your jewelry at home before engaging in strenuous activities, including going to the gym! We recommend getting a pouch for your ring and attaching it to your keys or buying a chain so you can put your ring on a chain and tuck that into your shirt while you are working out or at work.
  • Keep your jewelry away from chemicals including cleaning supplies, beauty products, chlorine, etc.
  • Before bedtime, place your jewelry into a dish or lay it flat.

We offer a 14-day return policy starting from the date your order was placed. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, not a custom-made piece, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and inform you of its status. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. The refund will be credited to your account within 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
